Shipping information
Free shipping on every order
• Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
• No hidden fees: the price you see at checkout is the price you
pay.
• We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Delivery time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Once your order has shipped, expect it to arrive within 3–7
business days.
• In total, most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of being
placed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Busy
holiday periods and carrier delays can add a little time.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Orders with
several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own
tracking.
Need your order by a certain date? Email info@blackxpace.com before
you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email info@blackxpace.com with your
order number and a photo or video showing the damage as it arrived (for
example, an unboxing video or photos of the parcel and item). Once we
have reviewed it, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Lost parcels
If your tracking stops updating or your order has not arrived within the
delivery time above, email info@blackxpace.com with your order
number. We will check with the carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed
lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
