When you buy from us, we collect the information needed to complete your order, such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and payment details. When you browse the store, we automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you view.
Email marketing: if you sign up, we may email you about new products, offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Section 4 – Disclosure
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store (for example payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, email and analytics), and when required by law or to enforce our Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Section 5 – Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's secure systems. Payments are handled by payment providers that follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS); we do not store your full card number. To learn more, see Shopify's Privacy Policy.
Section 6 – Third-party services
Third-party providers we use collect, use and share your information only as needed to provide their services to us. Payment providers have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. If you follow a link to another website, our policies no longer apply.
Section 7 – Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure and show relevant ads, including through partners such as Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Clarity. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising on our Your Privacy Choices page. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where required by law.
Section 8 – Security
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry practices to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Our site uses SSL encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Section 9 – Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and several US states, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email info@blackxpace.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights, and we may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EEA, to your local data protection authority.
Section 10 – Age of consent
Our store is not intended for children. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
Section 11 – Text messages
We only send marketing text messages if you opt in. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Section 12 – Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If our store is sold or merged with another business, your information may be transferred to the new owner so they can continue to serve you.
