Refund policy

60-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your BlackXpace piece. If it is not right for you,
return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Please send it back
unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
Free returns
Returns cost you nothing. Ship your return with tracking and keep your
postage receipt; when your return arrives, we refund the postage
together with the price of your item.
How to start a return
• Email us: send your order number and the reason for your return
to info@blackxpace.com.
• Get your return details: we reply with the return address and
instructions. Please wait for these before sending anything back.
• Pack it safely: place the piece in its original packaging so it is
protected in transit.
• Ship it and share tracking: send it with a tracked service and email
us the tracking number so we can watch for it.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund the item
and your return postage to your original payment method within 5
business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra
business days to show the money in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color or style? Follow the same steps above and
tell us you would like an exchange. We will help you choose the right
piece and send it to you once your return arrives.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item,
email info@blackxpace.com with your order number and a photo or
video showing the item as it arrived. Once we have reviewed it, we will
send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has
not shipped yet. Email info@blackxpace.com with your order number
and we will cancel it and refund you in full. After 24 hours, or once your
order has shipped, please use our 60-day returns process instead.
