If something is wrong with your BlackXpace order, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions and explain applicable return eligibility, costs, and refund options. Any item-specific conditions will be shown with the item.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when funds appear in your account. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
