Start a request

Send your order number, product name and reason through our contact form. For damage or an incorrect item, add clear photos of the product and packaging.

Wait for instructions

We will explain the available resolution, return destination and any applicable postage costs. Do not ship to an unconfirmed address.

Keep everything together

Keep the item and its original packaging. Do not continue to use a damaged item or arrange a repair before the issue has been documented.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Any return costs or deductions must be explained before you agree.
